About Us

At Just Coordination of Supports (Just COS), we do one thing — and we do it well.

We provide Support Coordination (Level 2 & 3) and Psychosocial Recovery Coaching to NDIS participants across the Central Coast, Newcastle, and Sydney regions.

Our team of 24 passionate coordinators works together in a supportive, collaborative and family-friendly environment. We genuinely care about each other and the people we support. As our referrals continue to grow, we’re excited to welcome another incredible team member.

About the Role

As a Support Coordinator / Recovery Coach, you’ll work with participants to:

• Understand and implement their NDIS plans
• Build independence and capacity
• Connect with services, supports, and community resources
• Navigate the NDIS with confidence and clarity

You’ll work with a variety of individuals, including those with complex needs or psychosocial disability, using a strengths-based and person-centred approach.

Who We’re Looking For

You are someone who is:

• Passionate about making a difference
• Experienced in disability services or community support
• Skilled at building trust and relationships
• Organised, proactive, and a confident communicator
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team

What you’ll need:

• Certificate IV in Community Services (or equivalent experience)
• Knowledge of the NDIS and its framework
• Valid Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Working With Children Check
• First Aid Certificate
• Great time management, admin and IT skills
